Overview
We are pleased to have been awarded the contract for the full scaffolding works package to a significant development in a rapidly expanding town within Lincolnshire.
Our works for the construction of 147 houses and apartments include external masonry scaffolds complete with loading towers, haki staircases, rubbish chutes and ladder towers. Internally we are providing fall protection and access in the form of full tube and fitting birdcages, which has been designed to allow the internal blockwork walls to be constructed along with the floor joists and roof trusses. These are all supported by fully designed back-propping scaffolds to ensure that the floors are never overloaded.
MBM Scaffolding and our staff have extensive experience and knowledge in the new build housing market, which has been evidenced by our on-site ability in delivering this project on time and within budget, all whilst exceeding our client’s quality and H&S requirements.
